Great to catch up with Horace Porras, this time in very sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Horace is one of the most internationally experienced senior human resource executives I know.


These days he is sharing that experience and his wisdom as Global Principal with The RBL Group, doing executive coaching, and donating his time to Junior Achievement and Best Buddies programs.
