Phil Mirvis and I share interests in understanding how organizations operate, why people behave the way they do, and baseball.

We have known each other since college, have worked together, laughed together and nowadays see one another monthly on Zoom evaporating the 5000 miles between us.

Phil is an internationally recognized organizational psychologist and scholar; worked and taught around the globe; and has authored ten books on subjects such as social trends, human capital, human dynamics of mergers, and business transformation.
