Last week I spent a very rewarding two days with forty fellow members of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches community in Orlando, Florida.

It was a well-organized program designed for sharing experiences and insights around the theme of “The Ripple Effect: Growing Your Impact.”

Small group discussions dove into topics like “Guiding C-Suite transitions,” “Differentiating your expertise in saturated thought leadership markets,” and “Designing your leadership legacy.”  

Of course, beyond these discussions were the many close and personal interactions with colleagues.

Thanks to Marshall Goldsmith, Bill Carrier, Amii Barnard-Bahn and the rest of the event organizing team for their hard work, plus my colleagues, for making it an enlightening and fun experience.
