Mexican Independence Day Celebration

This afternoon I had a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the CCXII Anniversary of the Independence of Mexico with Ambassador Ernesto Cespedes and the Finnish Diplomat Corp at his beautiful residence.

A lively atmosphere with people enjoying talking face to face once again while tasting delicious Mexican food including one of my favorites, mole poblano.

I took the opportunity to give a copy of my book, “Exploding Turkeys and Spare Trousers,” to Ernesto, my dear friend of five years.
