Lucky to have a learned advisor

I am enjoying some very thought-provoking and stimulating sessions here in Seattle at the Academy of Management Annual meetings. I was particular delighted to sit in on a well-attended session where Dave Ulrich , also known as the Father of Modern Human Resources,

was on the panel discussing bringing 'Theory into Practice."

Afterward, Dave generously gave me some one on one time and I am very grateful for the advice he offered.
