I was privileged to attend the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches annual meeting in Nashville this past weekend. It was an experience that stimulated both brain and heart. More than 150 colleagues flew in from around the world, despite airline havoc caused by Mother Nature – to learn, share, and connect.
Alan Mulally, former CEO of Ford; Dr. Jim Kim, former President of the World Bank; Martin Lindstrom, leading expert on branding; Aswin Vasan, Commissioner of New York City Department of Health were among other MG100 Coaches members who shared thought provoking and inspiring messages about effective leadership, the impact of AI, concerns for mental health particularly among youth, and doing not just talking. There were impactful discussions during the sessions and many more takeaways when we connected informally with each other.
Leading the agenda and conversations was the incomparable Marshall Goldsmith, world renowned executive educator and coach, the reason why this group exists and continues to grow as a supportive family with talented individuals who are making positive differences around the world.
