Up early yesterday morning at my Miami hotel ready for an exciting event working together with the RBL Group.
We started with a virtual message from Dave Ulrich who gave a concise response to “Why Leadership Matters.” I then presented “Performance at the Limit, Business and Leadership Lessons from Formula 1 Racing.” This was followed by an expert panel consisting of Ernesto Ushcer and Horace Porras from the RBL Group and Marcelo Fumasoni, Global HR Leader at TelevisaUnivsion covering key trends in human resource management and leadership. I concluded the session by summarizing 12 Business Lessons from Formula 1. Great to be talking with an engaged audience of experienced HR executives.
