I first met Ross Brawn, when he was Technical Director of Ferrari’s Formula 1 team during their dominating championship years, while researching “Performance at the Limit, Business Lessons from Formula 1 Motor Racing.”
Since then, from his time running Brawn GP to his position today as Director, Formula 1 Motor Sports; I am grateful when I can grab a few moments from his busy work and travel schedule, to talk about leading a complex, global business.
I also appreciate his endorsement of my new book “Exploding Turkeys and Spare Trousers, Adventures in Global Business” which will be published July 6th.
"I’ve known Ken since his early research into how Formula 1 teams achieve high performance and extreme innovation. Just as F1 operates across the globe, Ken’s stories highlight his experiences doing business in different cultures. This book includes a few F1-related stories and much, much more. A great read while sitting on an airplane or anytime." – Ross Brawn, Managing Director of Motor Sports, Formula 1
